Description

A 17th-18th century timber-framed cottage with plaster render and a tiled roof, situated on Mill Street in Polstead. The north and south gable ends are built of red brick. The cottage is two storeys high and has a three-window facade featuring small casement windows. It has a boarded front door, one ridge chimney stack, and an external chimney stack on the north side. The cottage has been renovated.
