Lobby-entrance type cottage in row of 2. C17 and later. Colourwashed brick covering a timber frame. Pantiled roof. Irregular fenestration with 3 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bars and one mid-C20 window. Doorway opposite off-centre arial stack. C20 door. Gable-end rebuilt. 3 sloping dormers. Shallow-pitched roof probably a replacement. Later outshut to rear.
