Description

Dalstrand is a lobby-entrance type cottage dating from the 17th century and later, part of a row of two. It features a timber frame covered in colourwashed brick and has a pantiled roof. The cottage has irregular window arrangements, including three 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bars and one mid-20th century window. The doorway is located opposite an off-centre arial stack and has a 20th-century door. The gable end has been rebuilt, and there are three sloping dormers. The shallow-pitched roof is likely a replacement, and there is a later outshut at the rear.
