Description

Ivy Farmhouse Barn is a former threshing barn dating from the 17th century. It features a rendered timber frame and a pantiled roof. The barn has a central cart entrance and a roof structure that consists of seven bays with clasped purlins and butt purlins, which include alternate arch-braced ties that have been replaced with bolted knee braces at the western end.
