Description

No. 92 on Newmarket Road is a mid-19th century house constructed of yellow brick with a slate roof. It features three brick chimneys and stands two storeys tall, with five first-floor windows arranged symmetrically. There are two steps leading up to a panelled door located in a slightly projecting bay, which has a plain fanlight set within a recessed gauged brick arch. The sash windows, which include glazing bars, are topped with flat gauged brick arches.
