Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on the north-west side of Newmarket Road. The house is constructed of painted brick with a slate roof and features two gable-end brick chimneys. It is two storeys high and symmetrical, with three windows on the first floor. The front facade has end pilasters. A 20th-century half-glazed door is set within a slightly projecting bay and is topped by a fanlight containing teardrop glazing bars, all within a recessed gauged brick arch. The sash windows have glazing bars and are set within flat gauged brick arches.
