Description

Wellington Place is a terrace of four houses built in 1852. The houses are constructed of yellow brick with a slate roof, featuring a central brick ridge chimney and two gable-end stacks. The two-storey facade has eight first-floor windows and prominent end pilasters. Each house has a pair of panelled doors with plain overlights, set within rendered round-headed architraves and beneath gauged brick arches. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, each set under a flat gauged brick arch. The eaves overhang the facade.
