Description

A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on the north-west side of Newmarket Road. The houses are constructed of yellow brick with a slate roof and a central brick ridge chimney. They are two storeys high with four first-floor windows. The front doors to the right and left have panelled floors. The doorways have plain overlights flanked by pilasters supporting porches on two plain, square columns. The 16-pane sash windows are set within flat-gauged brick arches. A moulded eaves cornice runs along the top of the building.
