TG 2209 SE COLEGATE (north side) 10/246 5.6.72 No. 47 - II Former house converted into offices, empty at the time of re-survey. C18. Red brick with black pantile roof. L-shape corner plan. 3 storeys. 5 bays. Central doorcase with pediment, pilasters and rustication. 3 steps up. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Fascia cornice. Hipped roof.
