Description

No. 52 Colegate is a former house that has been converted into offices, with part of it being used as a clinic. It dates from the early 19th century. The building features a 20th-century east gable and rusticated quoins. It is constructed of red brick and has a pantile roof. The structure is three storeys high and consists of four bays. The left-hand off-centre door is topped with a semi-circular fanlight that has radial glazing bars, pilasters, and an open pediment. The windows are 20th-century casements, all with rubbed brick flat arches. The building also has a moulded box eaves cornice.
