Description

No. 9 on St Martin at Palace Plain is a former house that has been converted into a flat and dental surgery. It dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of red brick with a black pantile roof. The building has three storeys and features three bays. The door is located on the left side and is framed by a rectangular fanlight with a moulded surround, keystone, and consoles that support a hood. Sash windows with glazing bars are present throughout, each topped with rubbed brick flat arches. A bracket cornice adds detail to the structure, which is capped by a hipped roof.
