Description

No. 22 The Close is a house built in the early 19th century, constructed against a wall that may date back to the medieval period. The building features flint rubble up to the first floor level and has a roof made of brick and pantiles. It stands two storeys tall and has two widely spaced windows on the first floor. The door is located at the extreme right and has a simple frame with a hood supported by brackets. The windows are casement style.
