Description

This is a mid-19th century house on the north-west side of Newmarket Road. The building is constructed of red brick with a hipped pantile roof and a brick chimney. It is two storeys high with one first-floor window. A six-panelled door, with a simple moulded doorcase, is located on the right-hand side of the facade. The windows are 16-pane sash windows with flat gauged brick arches. A round-headed doorway in a flat-roofed extension to the left is adjacent to the rear of number 35 Newmarket Road. The house is set well back from the building line.
