Description
No. 12 Lime Tree Road is a house built in the late 19th century. It features a yellow brick facade with rendered side walls and a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and three first-floor windows, along with three yellow brick chimneys. The entrance is located on the right side, accessed by steps leading up to a panelled door, which is topped by an overlight flanked by pilasters and a modillion cornice. To the left, there is a two-storey canted bay that includes a modillion string course. The attic windows are large-paned sashes with horns, and the eaves are adorned with a modillion cornice.
