Description
Lime Tree House is a house built in the late 19th century. It features a yellow brick facade and a slate roof, with a red brick chimney on the left side of the gable end. The house has two storeys and an attic, with four windows on the first floor. To the left of the centre, there is a panelled door with an overlight that has glazing bars, flanked by pilasters topped with a dentilled cornice. On the left, there is a two-storey canted bay that includes a dentilled string course and large-paned sash windows, all with horns and flat gauged brick arches. The house also has a modillion cornice and a small dormer with a sloping roof. The gable parapets are adorned with moulded brick kneelers. There is a later single-storey extension on the right side. Notably, this property does not appear on Morant's Map of Norwich from 1873.
