Description
Nos. 74 and 76 on St. Benedict's Street were originally a bank and shop, and they now serve as an extension to the 'Ten Bells' Public House. The building dates back to the early 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is rendered and has a pantile roof. The structure is three storeys high and consists of two bays. The shop front of No. 74 features a left-side door, pilasters, fanlights, and a fascia with a dentil course. Sash windows with glazing bars and segmental arches are present throughout, along with a fascia cornice.
