TG 2208 NE ST. BENEDICT'S STREET (south side) 15/734 5.6.72 No. 70 GV II House, now shop. C18. Rendered facade, pantiled roof; red brick gable to left. 3 storeys; one first-floor window. Blind sashes with glazing bars in flush-fronted wooden frames. Late C19/ early C20 shopfront (altered) with half-glazed door to right. Interior not inspected during the re-survey.
