Description

No. 70 on St. Benedict's Street is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the 18th century. It features a rendered facade and a pantiled roof, with a red brick gable on the left side. The building has three storeys and includes one window on the first floor, which has blind sashes with glazing bars set in flush-fronted wooden frames. The shopfront, which has been altered, dates from the late 19th or early 20th century and includes a half-glazed door on the right. The interior was not inspected during the re-survey.
