Description

The Thatched Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, which was renovated in the 20th century. It is constructed of flint rubble with brick quoins and is mostly rendered. The cottage features a thatched roof and has two storeys with three bays. There is a left-hand off-centre door that is topped with a small pantile hood. Throughout the building, there are casement windows, and the ground floor has shutters. At the rear of the house, there is a 17th-century moulded door surround that leads to the former Hampshire Hog Yard.
