Description

This is an 18th-century building, with the possibility of an earlier core. It is constructed of brick, with sections rendered and colourwashed. The roof is steeply pitched, covered in pantiles, and hipped at the south end, featuring a coped and parapetted gable on the north side. Notable features include brick dentil eaves and a string course. The south elevation has two first-floor windows, the right-hand one blocked, with a C19/20 casement in its place. The ground floor has two windows placed asymmetrically. The east elevation contains segmental-headed windows with C19/40 casements. A brick ridge and chimney stack are present. To the north side stands a brick and flint barn with a steep pantile roof, included in the listing for group value.
