Description

This is an 18th-century property located on Fish Hill in Holt. The building is rendered and colourwashed, with a steeply pitched roof covered in black pantiles. It is two storeys high, with an attic space. A modern dormer window with a casement has been added to the roof. The windows are sash windows. Number 3 has a 19th-century shopfront, also with sash windows. A later shopfront is present at Number 5. A moulded eaves course runs along the building, and the gables are parapetted.
