Description

No 37 Bull Street is a 19th-century building that was formerly the Bull Public House, likely with an earlier core. It is constructed from flint and chert with brick dressings and has a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high and features blocked window openings in the east and west gables. The windows have sashes with segmental arches, and there are modern openings at ground floor level. A modern lean-to is present at the west gable, and there is a catslide extension on the north side. The building also has gable chimney stacks.
