Description

No. 27 Market Place is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Holt Market Place. It features pebbledash render that has been colourwashed and a steep black-glazed pantile roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with parapetted gables and chimney stacks on the east and west sides. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. Additionally, there are projecting modern shopfronts on the south and west elevations.
