This 18th century building, later altered, occupies a position on Fish Hill in Holt. It is constructed with a rendered and colourwashed exterior, and has a steeply pitched, hipped pantile roof. The first floor features slashes, and the building now has a modern shopfront. The eaves are defined by dentil brickwork.
