Description

Greenways is an 18th-century building located on Holt Bull Street. It is rendered and colourwashed, featuring a steeply pitched black-glazed pantile roof. The structure has two storeys, an attic, and a part-basement, with a three-bay facade that includes a doorway slightly off-centre. There is a moulded eaves course, and the building has ashlar quoins and surrounds to all openings. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. The gables are coped and parapetted, with attic casements on the east and west sides. A chimney stack is situated at the west gable, and there is a gabled projection on the north side of the roof. Additionally, there is a later two-storey brick and flint gabled wing to the north.
