Description

No. 12 Market Place is an 18th-century building constructed of colourwashed brick and topped with a steep black pantile roof. The facade features three bays with sash windows that have flat rubbed arches above them. It has bracketted eaves and a later shopfront that includes a pediment over the central doorway. On the left-hand side, there is a brick pilaster with terra-cotta mouldings that create a splayed corner for No. 12.
