Description

2 Market Street is a 19th-century building located on the east side of Market Street. The principal elevation faces west and features a rendered gable. At the first floor, there is a flush frame sash window. Below this, a wooden canted bay shop window has multiple small panes of glass. The entrance is situated to the left of the shop window and includes a blank fanlight above it. Additionally, there is ornamental lead flashing above both the entrance and the window. This building is part of a group with Number 4 Market Street.
