Description

30 Market Place is a three-storey building that is a single bay wide. It features a glazed pantile roof and has a parapet with coping on both the west and east sides. The principal elevation is rendered and includes a single sash window with six over six glazing bars at both the first and second floor levels. On the left side of the building, there are four anchor plates. The ground floor has a plain 20th-century shop front with an entrance on the right-hand side.
