Description

46 and 47 Market Place is a three-storey building that is three bays wide. It is primarily constructed of red brick and has a pitched slate roof. The first and second floors feature three sash windows each, which have glazing bars and gauged flat arches. The windows on the first floor are arranged as eight over eight, while those on the second floor are four over four. A stone cill band is present on the second floor. The ground floor has a timber panelled shopfront, with an entrance located on the right side. All the listed buildings in Market Place (North Side) form a group.
