Description

Number 44 Market Place is a three-storey building with rendered walls, featuring flank pilasters at the first and second floors adorned with foliate capitals. Each of the upper floors has two sash windows. The second floor includes a recessed panel topped with a laurel-wreath moulding. The building has a slate roof with an eaves soffit. At the ground floor, there is a shop front that dates from the late 20th century. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the northern side of the Market Place.
