II GV

  1. Early C18 brick with earlier core and mid C19 red brick front. Steep pantile roof with gable ends, north gable end with brick coping and chimney stack. Moulded corbelled brick eaves cornice; 2 storeys. Two windows. Sashes without glazing bars, flat rubbed brick arches. Ground floor left small late C19 3-light shop window. Central moulded architrave doorcase with entablature and wide cornice, panelled and glazed door. Brick string course at floor level. Brick chimney stacks at north end and off centre. Ground floor rear 4-light ovolo moulded mullion/transom window.
