Description

Nos 26 and 28 High Street are 18th century buildings, possibly with an earlier core. They are finished in stucco and feature a steep black-glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. The buildings are two storeys high with an attic. On the first floor, there are three sash windows with thick glazing bars set in exposed casings. The ground floor has two 2-light sash windows without glazing bars, with the left-hand window altered. There are central and left-hand glazed and flush-panel doors within moulded doorcases. Additionally, there are two flat-roofed dormers with glazing bars.
