Description

No. 3 Common Place is a 16th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It features a timber frame with a ground floor made of painted brick and flint. The first floor juts out, showcasing close-set studding. The steep roof has gable ends and is covered with black-glazed pantiles. There are two sash windows with glazing bars on each floor. The central entrance has an early 19th-century moulded doorcase with an architrave, cornice, and panelled reveals, leading to a panelled door.
