Description

The service range located to the north of Gunton Park is a late 18th-century building, likely designed by Samuel and William Wyatt. It has been converted into dwellings and is constructed from gault brick with slated and pantile roofs. The building features an irregular plan, is two storeys high, and has seven bays. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, with the upper floor windows consisting of six lights. The centre bay is canted, and the ground floor windows are tripartite under a semi-circular head. A plain cornice and a part balustraded parapet are present, along with a wooden bell-turret.
