Waterpowered sawmill. Early C19. Timber-framed and weatherboarded. Hipped thatched roof. Gabled almost full height dormer to west face; sash with glazing bars. 2 breast-shot water-wheels. Reciprocating saw-frame. Under restoration at time of survey. Included at Grade II* for the saw- frame.
