Description
Moore's Farmhouse is a farmhouse that consists of two sections built in the late 16th century or early 17th century. The eastern part is constructed from flint with clunch and brick dressings, while the western part is made of brick. It features a red pantiled roof.
On the ground floor of the eastern section, there is one three-light casement window with glazing bars and one two-light casement window. In the western brick section, there are two fire windows on the ground floor, one of which is a blocked chamfered window with a drip mould, and on the first floor, there is a blocked two-light wooden mullioned window. The ground floor also has one blocked brick chamfered window in the center. On the first floor at the east, there is one two-light casement and one fixed casement with a single glazing bar, along with three blocked rectangular openings.
The farmhouse has two 20th-century doors and double boarded garage doors on the east side. It features kneelers and parapets, with 20th-century end stacks and one eaves level 20th-century stack. The roof is steeply pitched. The garden front includes 20th-century ground and first-floor casements, and there is one blocked fire window at the west end.
