Description

Warwick House is a two-storey building located on Yarmouth Road, dating from the 19th century. The principal elevation faces east and features a pitched pantile roof that connects to the neighbouring gable on the north side. The façade is flanked by plain pilasters, and the walls are finished in lined and painted stucco.

On the ground floor, there is a central doorway with windows on either side. The first floor has three windows, each a timber eight over eight sash with concealed boxes, set within vermiculated surrounds that include a keystone detail at the centre of each flat arch. The doorcase is adorned with a reeded wooden surround and corner roundels.

At the base of the elevation, there is a projecting rendered plinth. Warwick House forms a group with Nos 1 and 2 Market Place.
