YARMOUTH ROAD (west side) No 2 (Warwick House)
GV II The principal elevation faces east and has two storeys beneath a pitched pantile roof that connects to the neighbouring gable on the north side. It is flanked by plain pilasters, and the stucco surface of the walls is lined and painted.
The ground floor has a central doorway with windows either side. There are three windows at first floor. Each window is a timber eight over eight sash with concealed boxes set within vermiculated surrounds with a keystone detail at the centre of each flat arch. The doorcase has a reeded wooden surround with corner roundels.
There is a projecting rendered plinth at the base of the elevation.
No 2 forms group with Nos 1 and 2 Market Place.
