NEW ROAD (North Side) No 1

GV II The southern elevation forms the principal façade of the building. It contains three flush frame sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor. The easternmost window on the first floor is arched. There are two doors at ground floor with six fielded panels, set in Doric wood cases with pilasters. Three anchor plates are located on the exterior wall.

To the east is a later wing extension of one storey, with a flush frame window and slate, hipped roof.
