Description

No 1 Market Place is a 19th-century building with a principal elevation facing north. It features a steep pantiled roof and a gabled sash dormer window that includes glazing bars. On the front, there are two near-flush frame sash windows, also with glazing bars and vermiculate cases with keys. The gabled eastern elevation has a small ground floor window that is surrounded by a vermiculate design. The ground floor has a wooden shop front from the 20th century, which includes a glazed door on the right side.
