Description
Terrington Lodge is a house built around 1740. It is constructed of brick and has a roof made of corrugated tiles. The south facade features two storeys and is divided into three bays. There is a panelled central door located behind a 20th-century hipped porch. On either side of the door, there are tripartite sash windows with glazing bars, both set beneath gauged skewback arches. The window on the east side has been replaced in the 20th century. The first floor has three sash windows, also retaining glazing bars and situated under gauged skewback arches, with the outer two featuring shutters. The house has a gabled roof with a tall chimney stack that rises through the rear slope. The west side of the building includes one tripartite sash window, similar to those on the front, and a two-light cross casement window on the first floor. Additionally, there is an early 19th-century hipped cross wing to the north of the main elevation.
