House. Mid C18 with early C19 additions and alterations. Brick with slate roofs. Original C18 house of lobby entrance plan. 2 storeys in 3 bays, centre bay broken forward. Central door now blocked. Windows to right and left and 2 to first floor. Blind central first floor window. Fenestration of 2 or 3-light arched Gothick windows of late C18 under flat tops. Bay to left of door now with early C20 canted bay. Gabled roof with central ridge stack. South facade early C19. 2 storeys in 3 bays. Panelled door to left and 2 sashes with glazing bars to right. 2 similar first floor sashes flank central blind window. Ogee timber verandah covers ground floor supported on wrought iron piers, the verandah now with inserted glazing in roof. Gabled roof to house with external west gable end stack and internal east stack.
