Description
Nos. 92, 93, and 94 on London Road are a terrace of three houses built around 1825. They are constructed from brown brick and topped with a slate roof. The buildings rise three storeys and each has two bays, with No. 92 being slightly wider than the others. The doorcases feature engaged fluted Ionic columns that support block entablatures and a simple hood. The doors are panelled and include a moulded central roundel, along with 7-vaned fanlights. There is a stucco string course above the first floor that displays a palmette and acanthus design. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, set under gauged skewback arches, and these are original to the upper two floors of No. 92, the second floor of No. 93, and throughout No. 94. The properties have gabled roofs with stacks located at the divisions between them.
