Description

No. 14 Valingers Road is a house dated 1807, constructed of brown brick with a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and a dormer attic, arranged in three bays. The central entrance features a panelled door with a doorcase that includes consoles supporting a flat hood. On either side of the door, there is a horned plate-glass sash window, with two similar windows located above on the first floor. A date plaque reading "DWA 1807" is positioned between the first-floor windows. The house has a timber modillion eaves cornice and a gabled roof that includes two sloping dormers. The gable heads exhibit tumbling, and there is an internal stack at the east gable end.
