Description
No. 7 South Lynn Plain is a house that has been converted into a house and fish and chip shop. It was built around 1730 and underwent alterations in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of brick, roughcast, and is colourwashed, topped with a plaintile roof. It has two storeys and a dormer attic, arranged in three bays. The central entrance features a panelled door with a rectangular overlight that has glazing bars, and the door is set within panelled reveals under an open segmental pediment. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, and there is a tall plain parapet. The gabled roof includes two dormers fitted with casement windows. Inside, there are internal gable-end stacks, with the stack on the west side truncated.
