Description

This is a house dating to around 1825. It is constructed of brown brick with a slate roof. The building is three storeys high and has one window bay plus a front door. A 20th-century glazed door is located on the left side, set within panelled reveals and sheltered by a hood supported on scrolled consoles. The windows are late 20th-century replacements with simulated glazing bars and are of a bottom-hung design. The brick arches above the windows are finished with gauged skewbacks. A plain parapet tops the facade, and a gabled roof is visible. A chimney stack rises from the north return parapet.
