Description

This headstone, made of ashlar, dates from 1768 and is located 6 meters south of the south aisle of St. Andrews Church on High Street in Northwold. The inscription is illegible. It features a pair of engaged Ionic columns that support an entablature, which encloses a circular bowed inscription panel. There are rosettes in the spandrels, and above the entablature is a moulded set-back segmental projection adorned with a carved cherub's head.
