Description

The courtyard wall, dating from the 18th century, is located to the west of Stable Court and to the east of Snettisham House. It was originally attached at the west to Snettisham House and encloses the stable courtyard to the north. The wall is constructed of coursed, squared carstone and features a central deep semi-circular bay that once enclosed a pond. There are two straight wall sections extending to the west and east, with an additional quarter segment section where it meets the coach house. This structure is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
