Description
Limes House is a house dating from around 1800, located in East Rudham on The Green. The building features plaster render on brick and stands two storeys tall with seven windows. It has four ground floor and seven first floor 20th-century replacement sash windows that include glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a doorcase with fluted pilasters, an entablature, and a rectangular fanlight, leading to a 20th-century replacement raised and fielded panel double door. There is a segmental arched double boarded cart entrance on the east side. The house has a projecting eaves cornice and includes one stack at the west end and one on the ridge. Attached to the house are spearhead railings with a central gateway.
