12/7 Nos. 1-6 Mulberry Tree House. 5.6.53. (Previously listed as RATHEARNE) G.V. II

House. Late C18. Plaster render on brick, black glazed pantiles. 2 storeys, 5 bays. 4 ground and 5 first floor wooden framed flush sashes with glazing bars. Central doorcase has pilasters, entablature blocks, baseless pediment head. Raised and panelled reveals and intrados. Raised and fielded part glazed door with sunburst glazing bar fanlight above. Brick rendered dentil eaves cornice. Brick coped gables with tumbling, 2 C20 replacement end stacks. C20 replacement attic dormer 2 storey service wing attached at west with lean-to hipped roof.
