Description

Caradon is a house dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a red pantile roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. It features two ground-floor and three first-floor sash windows with glazing bars. The central doorcase is characterised by pilasters topped with simplified console bracket heads and an entablature above the door. A dentil eaves cornice runs along the top of the building, and there are two chimney stacks at the ends. The building is included on the heritage list for its contribution to the wider group value of the surrounding area.
