Description
Glenroyd is a house built in the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door, with the top two panels glazed, set within a Doric surround that includes engaged columns, a frieze, and a cornice. On either side of the door are canted bay windows, which have 16-pane sash windows on the front and sash windows with glazing bars on the sides. These windows are framed by pilastered surrounds, each with a frieze and cornice. On the first floor, there is a central sash window with glazing bars, flanked by two 16-pane sashes. All of these windows have flat brick arches and stone sills. The house has end stacks.
