Outbuilding in form of pavilion, matched by identical structure 10 metres north. 1861. Gault brick with hipped slate roof. Square plan in two storeys. Central panels of each front recessed to articulate corners as clasping pilasters. Flat brick string course to north and south fronts, each with one sash window under gauged skewback arches. Wagon entrance to rear.
